Ideal Candidate will have experience manually analyzing loans and strong knowledge of analytical skills of tax returns for High Net Worth individuals. Knowledge of FNMA/FHLMC conforming loan production, loan underwriting, Loan Prospector, and Desktop Underwriter software is a must.

Experience with loan sizes of 1MM to 2MM is strongly preferred.

Experience with a monthly pipeline of 15MM to 20MM is strongly preferred.

The bank has recently added a conforming and agency loan product to our current product menu. The new Mortgage Banking Department team has been developed to support the conventional mortgage product. The Bank is looking for an Underwriter to support this emerging department. This represents an exciting new opportunity with ample room for advancement for the appropriate candidate.

This individual will work in collaboration with the Mortgage Banking Operation's management team and play an intricate role in the expansion of this new unit. The underwriter will dedicate themselves to residential loan underwriting of conventional loans in accordance with investor guidelines and evaluate and analyze residential loan packages for approval and sale in the secondary market. The job includes the review and audit of loan files for completeness and accuracy, analyzing credit documents, including, but not limited to, mortgage applications, credit reports, income documents, title reports, appraisals and all applicable compliance documents.


* Minimum 5 years of current/recent mortgage underwriting experience and thorough knowledge of DU/LP validations (automated underwriting)
* Knowledge of Encompass preferred
* Experience analyzing loan and borrower data and determining best course of action.
* Strong underwriting policies and procedures including knowledge of Secondary Market, FNMA/FMLMC guidelines and standards.
* Ability to review self-employed, corporate, profit and loss as well as financial statements to ascertain the borrowers' income.
* Knowledge and familiarity with current mortgage and compliance laws and regulations (i.e., RESPA, Reg Z, Reg B, ECOA, the new TRID rule, Fair lending)

The USSOCOM Preservation of the Force and Family (POTFF)’s mission is to build and implement a superior holistic approach to address the pressure on the force and also the increased stress on operators’ families. The ideal candidate should possess:
-The contract psychologist is required to hold a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) or Psychology Doctor (Psy.D.) degree in clinical or counseling psychology from an APA approved psychology program (or a program acceptable to the Office of the Surgeon General, U.S. Army).
-Shall have completed an APA approved internship/residency in clinical psychology (or an internship/residency acceptable to the Office of the Surgeon General, U.S. Army).

-License/certification. Maintains an active, valid, current, and unrestricted license (with no limitations, stipulations or pending adverse actions) to practice nursing as a registered nurse in any US state/jurisdiction.
-All HCWs shall maintain current certification in a basic provider cardio-pulmonary resuscitation (CPR) course such as American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) health care provider course or an equivalent course based on published national guidelines for BLS IAW AFI 44-102. Web-based classes do not meet the standards in AFI 44-102.
-Experience. Shall have a minimum of 3 years experience for ADN or 2 years experience for BSN in mental health nursing.
-Experience. Must have practiced in a mental health setting within the last 12 months.
-Certification. Certified/certification eligible by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) as a Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse with 2 years full time experience in mental health.

-Mandatory knowledge and skills.
  -Ability to effectively apply core case management functions: a) assessment and identification of patients for case management and need for an established plan of care; b) collaboration with the patient, family/caregiver, and members of the health care team for developing an effective plan of care; c) facilitation of care coordination and communication among all involved parties; d) advocate for the patient and family/caregivers to ensure identified education and appropriate, timely care is received.
-Ability to effectively apply core disease management principles to mental health conditions: a) assessment and identification of target populations; b) implementation and execution of Clinical Practice Guidelines or standards; c) collaboration and coordination of activities with other healthcare members; d) promotion and education of patient self- management actions; e) collection, analysis and reporting on identified process and outcome metrics.
-Knowledge of medical privacy and confidentiality (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act [HIPAA]), and accreditation standards of Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC) and The Joint Commission (TJC).
-Working knowledge of computer applications/software to include Microsoft Office programs, MS Outlook (e-mail) and Excel.
-Must be skillful and tactful in communicating with people who may be physically or mentally ill, uncooperative, fearful, emotionally distraught, and occasionally dangerous.
-Must demonstrate ability to apply critical thinking skills and expertise in resolving complicated healthcare, social, interpersonal and financial patient situations.
-Must possess organization, problem-solving and communication skills to articulate medical requirements to patients, families/care givers, medical and non-medical staff in a professional and courteous way.
